Your device must support eSIM technology.

Your device must be carrier-unlocked.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that their device is compatible before purchase. A list of compatible devices may be provided on our website for reference purposes.
Premium eSIM Travel is not responsible for incompatibility due to unsupported devices or carrier restrictions.
3. eSIM Pricing

4. Payment Terms

In the event of a billing dispute, the customer must submit written notice to Premium eSIM Travel within seven (7) days of the invoice date, clearly identifying:

Amounts not subject to dispute must still be paid in full within seven (7) business days.
Premium eSIM Travel will review and resolve billing disputes in good faith and within a reasonable timeframe.
5. Order Cancellation and Refund Policy
A. Cancellation
You may cancel your order without penalty only if:

The cancellation is requested before payment is completed, or

The cancellation is requested before the eSIM QR code has been delivered to your email address.
Once the QR code has been successfully sent, the order is considered fulfilled and cannot be canceled under any circumstances.
B. Refund Policy
Premium eSIM Travel will only issue a refund if:

The eSIM service fails due to a technical issue, and

Our support team is unable to resolve the issue after reasonable troubleshooting efforts.
To protect your rights, you must contact our support team immediately upon encountering any technical problem during installation or activation.
Refunds will not be granted for:

Change of travel plans

Lack of usage after successful delivery
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method (e.g., PayPal, credit card, bank transfer).

Any transaction fees, currency conversion fees, or bank charges associated with the refund may be borne by the customer where applicable.

We are not liable for service interruptions, temporary unavailability, or network instability caused by third-party carriers or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Premium eSIM Travel regarding the use of our Services.
They supersede any prior agreements, representations, or communications.
Failure by Premium eSIM Travel to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of future enforcement of that provision.
Any amendment or waiver must be made in writing and agreed upon by both parties.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Vietnam, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through negotiation in good faith. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in Vietnam.
