Premium eSIM Travel – Roaming eSIM Setup Instructions
Thank you for choosing Premium eSIM Travel.
This guide will help you install and activate your roaming eSIM correctly.
⚠️ Important: This is a roaming eSIM. You MUST enable Data Roaming on your device for the eSIM to function properly.
Before You Begin
Please ensure:

Your device supports eSIM technology

Your device is carrier-unlocked
-
You have a stable Wi-Fi connection during installation
-
You have received your QR code via email
-
You have removed any VPN (if active)
We recommend installing the eSIM before departure, but activating it only upon arrival at your destination.
Installation on iPhone (iOS 13 and later)
Step 1: Add eSIM

Open Settings
-
Tap Mobile Data (or Cellular)
-
Select Add eSIM
-
Choose Use QR Code
-
Scan the QR code sent to your email
-
Confirm by tapping Add Cellular Plan
Step 2: Configure the eSIM
-
Label the new plan (e.g., “Travel eSIM”)
-
Set your Primary SIM for calls (optional)
-
Set the Travel eSIM for Mobile Data
-
Disable “Allow Mobile Data Switching”
Step 3: Enable Data Roaming (VERY IMPORTANT)
-
Go to Settings
-
Tap Mobile Data
-
Select your Travel eSIM
-
Turn ON:
-
✅ Turn On This Line
-
✅ Data Roaming
-
Without enabling Data Roaming, the eSIM will NOT connect.
Step 4: Activate at Destination
Once you arrive:

Turn OFF airplane mode
-
Ensure the Travel eSIM is selected for Mobile Data
-
Wait 1–3 minutes for network registration
If necessary, restart your device.
Installation on Android (Samsung / Google Pixel / Compatible Devices)
Step 1: Add eSIM

Open Settings
-
Tap Connections
-
Select SIM Card Manager
-
Choose Add Mobile Plan
-
Scan the QR code
-
Confirm installation
Step 2: Select eSIM for Data
-
Go to SIM Card Manager
-
Enable the Travel eSIM
-
Set it as the preferred SIM for Mobile Data
Step 3: Enable Data Roaming (REQUIRED)

Go to Settings
-
Tap Mobile Networks
-
Select the Travel eSIM
-
Turn ON:
-
✅ Mobile Data
-
✅ Data Roaming
-
Data Roaming must be enabled for roaming eSIM connectivity.
APN Settings (If Required)
Most devices configure automatically.
If data does not connect:

Go to Mobile Networks
-
Select Access Point Names (APN)
-
Add a new APN using the details provided in your confirmation email

Save and select the new APN
-
Restart your device
Important Usage Notes
-
This eSIM is for data only (unless otherwise specified).
-
Voice calls and SMS are not included unless explicitly stated.
-
Network speed depends on local carrier coverage.
-
Hotspot sharing is supported unless otherwise noted.
-
Do not delete the eSIM once installed — it cannot be reinstalled using the same QR code.
Troubleshooting Tips
If no signal appears:

Restart your device

Toggle Airplane Mode ON → OFF

Confirm Data Roaming is enabled
-
Ensure the eSIM is selected for Mobile Data
-
Check that your primary SIM is not set as the data line
If the issue persists, contact us immediately.
When to Install & Activate
✔ Install before departure (using Wi-Fi)
✔ Activate upon arrival at destination
✔ Validity starts when the eSIM connects to the supported network
